Lenticular printing

What we do

We use large format lenticular printing to create images that give the illusion of depth, or that change and mutate when the image is seen from different angles.

The concept of the lenticular printing of images arose in the early twentieth century, but it is only now that, with the help of computer graphics and special materials, have extraordinary visual effects been achieved. Lenticular technology is based on the graphic processing of images using specific software associated with a "multiple-plate prism unit". This particular material allows the user to see different images depending on their point of observation. Lenticular images offer the designer greater scope for attracting attention, revolutionising the advertising graphics with a dynamic communication system and making it possible to transform 2D graphics into eye-catching 3D images.

Digital lenticular printing is used to intrigue the customer with its dynamism, and for this reason it is possible to create communications that revolve around concepts such as: before/after, on/off, cause/effect.

As lenticular printing can achieve various effects, please contact us beforehand.

The possible effects include Flip, Zoom, Morphing, Multiframe, and 3D.

Lenticular effects are achieved through the light's refraction and reflection capabilities on a special material that features a smooth surface on one side and a ridged surface on the other. When two or more images are combined using software, they are printed onto the material.
